He previously worked at the Lead Discovery Center in Dortmund, Germany, where he was directly involved in the onboarding, discovery, and commercialization of research programs. In parallel, he contributed as a translational guide to the establishment of wings4innovation in Austria. Earlier in his career, Thomas held positions at HMNC GmbH and ALSTIN CAPITAL, serving as Senior Project Manager, Authorized Representative, and Consultant. Thomas began his career as a physician and scientist at the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry, where he worked for more than ten years. He studied medicine in Jena and Berlin and specialized in psychiatry, with additional expertise in neurology and internal medicine.
